The sputtered metal-based high-precision nano-film core adopts advanced processing technology and features a small size. The nano-film strain resistors are directly fabricated on the metal elastomer. While expanding the measurement range, it realizes atomic bonding between the sensitive element and the elastomer, minimizes the creep and hysteresis of the sensor, and improves the long-term stability and reliabilityof the product in harsh environments such as high temperature, high pressure, dust and humidity.
